I just finished playing the ferguson tournament on full tilt in which, after almost being eliminated in place 140, i made a fantastic comeback to finish in the fourth place.
This is the biggest win i had playing poker so far, $65 dollars after a long, long playing time of about five and a half hours.
But there wasn't wasted time at all, not only for the money i won, but because i learned one very important thing in this five hours, and that is:
¡¡NEVER GIVE UP!!I was just entered in the paid places when, in a bad beat a lost about 70% of my remaining chips, leaving me only with 2.000 (almost the inicial amount), that's a hard situation to come back. But that was just what i did, with a little help from the cards, and my opponents, i managed to make those 2.000 into 50.000 in about 20 minutes.
I'll tell you later how i did in the later stages (i'm too tired rigth now and i'm going to bed).
This is the 4th time i played the ferguson tournament on full tilt and in 3 of them i was abble to cash out, $4 , $1.5 , and this time $65. That's not a bad investment for a $1 buy-in.
